The City of Kalamazoo and the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC) work together to maintain hundreds of traffic signals in our community. We are continuously working to provide safe and efficient flow of traffic on our roadways. If you notice any issues or have concerns about traffic signals, please let us know.
When reporting an issue with a traffic signal, please provide as much information as you can. Depending on what the problem is, things like the time of day, the color of your vehicle, or even the weather can all be important. We'll also need to know which direction you were travelling and what intersection the signal is at.
Report the issue using the form below. The form will ask all relevant information about the issue. It will also ask for your contact information. It's not required, but if a member of our team needs to follow up for more information, they may contact you. If your report doesn't have all of the details and there is no contact information, we may not be able to locate or address it.
