Report Issues with Traffic Signals

Step 1.Note the Details

When reporting an issue with a traffic signal, please provide as much information as you can. Depending on what the problem is, things like the time of day, the color of your vehicle, or even the weather can all be important. We'll also need to know which direction you were travelling and what intersection the signal is at. 

Step 2.Submit Your Report

Report the issue using the form below. The form will ask all relevant information about the issue. It will also ask for your contact information. It's not required, but if a member of our team needs to follow up for more information, they may contact you. If your report doesn't have all of the details and there is no contact information, we may not be able to locate or address it.

Call 311 or (269) 337-8000 to report the issue by phone. We will ask all relevant information about the issue. We will also ask for your contact information in case a member of our team needs to follow up for more information. If your report doesn't have all of the details and you do not provide contact information, we may not be able to locate or address it.  

Step 3.Review and Correction

Your report will be sent to our Traffic Engineering team to be addressed.
