City Clerk's Office Hours and Locations for November Election

Voters can visit the City Clerk's Office at City Hall or the Satellite Office in the Fetzer Center at WMU for help registering to vote or requesting and returning absentee ballots.

The City Clerk's Office at City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

The Satellite Office at WMU is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Election Day.

Weekend Hours on Saturday, November 2 

Both locations will be open on Saturday, November 2 to assist voters from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Offices Close at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 4 

Both locations will close at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 4 (the day before the election) to comply with State law.  

Election Day Hours on Tuesday, November 5

Both locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. 

Polling Locations & Drop Boxes

These City Clerk's Office locations are NOT polling locations. You can find polling and drop box locations at kalamazoocity.org/elections or at michigan.gov/vote
