The City of Kalamazoo is currently preparing a new five-year Consolidated Plan and needs your feedback. Please take a brief survey to share your priorities for how the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant funding could most effectively be invested in our community. It only takes a few minutes to provide input on priorities for affordable housing, public improvements, homeless assistance, and other community development needs.

Kalamazoo prepares a Consolidated Plan every five years to guide spending priorities for Community Development Block Grants and the HOME Investment Partnership funding provided annually by HUD. The next plan will focus on 2025-2030. Each year, Kalamazoo also prepares an Action Plan, which focuses on a specific year.
