The Northside Cultural Business District Authority was created to support Northside resident-owned businesses and expand business ownership in the neighborhood; build the cultural identity of the neighborhood and preserve significant places; and improve infrastructure, facades, and streets.
Board Member Residency Requirements: At least six of the appointed members shall be persons having an ownership or business interest in property located in the development area. At least one of the members shall be a resident of the development area or an area within ½ mile of any part of the development area, with at least 75% of the appointed members residents of the Northside Neighborhood and 25% of the appointed members will be property owners within the District.
The January 16, 2025 meeting will be held at 622 N Westnedge Ave.
