Employee Retirement System Board of Trustees (Pension Board)

The Pension Board oversees all matters relating to the administration of the city’s pension system. These matters include approving the disbursement of funds, pensions, and rendering decisions in duty disability and buy-back cases.

Board Member Residency Requirements: The Board of Trustees shall consist of five trustees, with one member being a citizen who is not a member, retiree, or beneficiary of the retirement system, and holds no other City position, and another general member to be elected by the general members.
