Riverview Dr is now fully open with all lanes accessible. A few finishing touches are still underway, but we've completed the paving, enhanced the sidewalks, added ADA ramps, and updated the signage and pavement markings at Hotop. Thank you for your patience during this project!
Riverview Drive will be resurfaced this year between E Michigan and Gull. This section of road was included in the jurisdictional transfer from the Michigan Department of Transportation and is in need of repair. In the longer term, we are planning to fully reconstruct this street and reimagine the corridor. This work in 2024 is meant to improve the street's condition and maintain it until the full reconstruction takes place, which we estimate will be about 10 years away.

Street work is expected to start in May and be finished in June. Sidewalk work may begin earlier in the spring before road construction.
