The City of Kalamazoo, Michigan (the “City”) is seeking to enter into a contract for the purchase of one (1) Lochinvar KBX-1000N-M13 Knight XL Water Tube Condensing Boiler as detailed in the Requirements and Specifications, and Attachment A (Specifications). The Contractor will only be responsible for providing the equipment, meeting or exceeding the specifications as set forth herein, for the prices as stated herein.  Installation of the equipment will be achieved through a separate contract to be bid at a later date.
