2. SCOPE OF WORK

At City Hall Facility, the successful contractor shall Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove existing fan coil components and install new fan coil units in accordance with manufacturers written instructions. The new fan coil units will have a four-pipe system that matches the current chilled water and low pressure steam system. The contractor will remove from the premises all components from existing fan coils and perform general cleanup of work area.

Work shall start within 30 working days after receipt of notification by Contractor of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 180 working days thereafter.
