Cast your ballot on or before Tuesday, November 5! Check your registration, find polling locations, and view sample ballots at michigan.gov/vote. You can still register to vote in person at the City Clerk's Office and vote on November 5!
A Technical Code Inspection will determine if a property is safe and meets specific aspects of the City's Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Fire Codes. This inspection is not for purposes of rental registration or certification. Repairs or corrections identified during the inspection cannot be made until the proper permits have been issued.
Print and complete the application and return it by mail to:

Your application will be reviewed by our Building & Trades staff. They will contact you regarding your request and payment.
After your application has been approved and paid, you will be responsible for scheduling the inspection. You can schedule an inspection by calling 311 or (269) 337-8000.
