Bidders List Program

Thank you for your interest in being added to the City of Kalamazoo's bidders list. The information you will provide will aid you and the City in placing you on the appropriate list for the goods and services you might sell to the City. Bidders lists are used by the Purchasing Division to solicit competitive prices and terms for the procurement of the City's goods and services.
 

To be added to the City's bidders list, you must: 

1) Download and complete the Bidders List Application using the commodity class list to indicate the code numbers of the supplies and/or services you can provide.
 
2) If you are a minority or women owned business, please download the Minority and Women Business Enterprises Certification Application and return signed and notarized sheet to the Purchasing Division.  
 
The City's bidders list is organized by commodity class. Careful attention to the commodity list will ensure that you are added to the correct list. 
 
Maintaining the bidders list is a continuous process. If bidders do not respond to bid solicitations, the City will delete the bidder from that class. Due to requests and other departmental workload, it may take up to two weeks to include a bidder on the appropriate list.
